Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using FANAP ("Service", "Platform") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and FANAP, operated from the United Kingdom.

2. Service Description

FANAP is an FPL analytics platform providing data-driven transfer recommendations, player performance predictions, fixture difficulty ratings, squad analysis tools, and rival team comparisons. The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use by Fantasy Premier League participants.

FANAP is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Premier League, Fantasy Premier League, or PL Technologies Ltd.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

FANAP offers both a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as described at the point of purchase.

All payments are processed by Polar.sh. By subscribing, you agree to Polar's terms of service. Polar acts as the merchant of record and handles all tax obligations on our behalf.
Prices are displayed inclusive of any applicable taxes.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time via your Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions. Contact fanap.sbs@gmail.com within 7 days of your first charge.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or replicate FANAP's prediction models or proprietary data.
Share your account credentials or allow others to access the Service using your account.
Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to access the Service in a way that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its underlying systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.

5. No Warranty on Predictions

FANAP's transfer recommendations, player scores, and fixture analysis are generated algorithmically and are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute financial, sporting, or betting advice.

We make no guarantees as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any predictions. FPL outcomes are inherently uncertain. FANAP accepts no liability for points lost, rank drops, or any other in-game consequence arising from use of our recommendations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, branding, and design elements of FANAP are the intellectual property of FANAP and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for personal purposes only.

Player statistics and FPL game data are the property of PL Technologies Ltd and are used under their public API terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FANAP's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to FANAP in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

8. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where possible. Continued use of the Service following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
